Criteria for Acquisition:
1). At least 500+ clients
2). Well designed website and branding.
3). ACRA license as filing agent.
4). Annual revenue of at least SGD$800,000.
5). Existing corporate secretarial software.
6). In the event of a successful acquisition, there must be support and training from your side for 3 months.
