The reasons people take over is want to use existing customers as a start-up base. You buying customers base and immediately starting business . Save renovation and equipments. Renewing customers is your business profits. If the package is $100k above, I don't need to worry about my finding customers for my business anymore; it will run automatically and Takover price will be not be $35k already.
