We are doing room rental. Our tenants involves expats, company, students, foreign worker as well as locals.
We are seeking a total of 500k funding. Most of the funding will be used for advance rental and deposits. Which can be taken back when the lease ends. We will stop once we hit our target of 500k.
We are looking for investors who wants to earn passive income and get their skin in the property industry. We are not looking for equity partners at the moment. The dividends will be guaranteed at 1% a month, paid out monthly.
