Description

Dear Investors,

Grow your money passively or diversify your investments!

***SOURCING FOR INVESTORS*** POPULAR & PROFITABLE HIPSTER CAFÉ (Annual Revenue > $1.3M) RELOCATION

My client is an experienced restaurateur and owner of a popular and profitable cafe that sees annual sales of more than $1.3M. They’re looking to relocate due to the end of their tenancy. This café specialises in Western Fusion cuisine, has been around since 2016, and has been very well-received.

Their annual turnover has hovered around $1.3M to $1.4M over the years, with profits averaging around 15% to 18%. The sales revenue comes from the café’s daily walk-ins and reservations, 3rd party online platforms, and corporate bulk orders.

You could be a corporate entity looking to expand your investment portfolio; or an individual investor on the lookout for potential business opportunities. You may even be a well-established professional who wants a F&B establishment to call your own so as to entertain your clients.

Either way, let your money work for you and simply enjoy receiving dividends through passive investment.

The investment amount is SGD$150,000 and will be used as capital expenditure for the relocation works. Expected ROI between 3 to 4 years based on past year’s figures.

You as an investor will be given equity in the company as a shareholder as well as a seat on the Board and you also don’t have to be involved in the day-to-day operations.

The name of the café, and detailed breakdown of the monthly/annual numbers will be presented upon a scheduled meet-up with my client (the owner of the business) as they are keen on getting to know the potential/interested investors to see if it will be a good business fit.

For primary assessment, please feel free to drop me a Whatsapp (Whatsapp shortcut: https://tinyurl.com/zcr6wtrw) - and I'll be happy to send you the following documents to take a look.

Projected 3-years P&L
Past 2 Years P&L (2020, 2021)
Capital expenditure breakdown
Annual profits and returns
Monthly operational cost

The owner has a detailed breakdown of the figures for the documents above and that will be furnished to you during the face-to-face meetup session.

After connecting via Whatsapp, I'd be glad to arrange for a meeting with the owner to find out more about the business as well as the future plans upon relocation.

Thank you.

Business Operation

The F&B business landscape in Singapore has always seen fierce competition. But as it is with everything else, healthy competition can inspire growth and improvement. My client, the owner of this popular cafe business, has been in the industry for 9 years and is experienced enough to know that being agile and nimble is an important trait to have for any F&B owner. The ability to implement change quickly, a resilient and never-say-die attitude, keeping abreast with food trends, as well as culinary creativity when it comes to food menus and ideas; has allowed him to open and establish multiple cafes/bars/restaurants that have seen very healthy profits over the years. He takes a hands-on approach towards the operational flow of the day-to-day business, and trains the staff to abide by the company's customer service policies to ensure a positive dining experience at his establishment.
Competition
The expansion potential of the brand is endless. By streamlining operations and curating a smaller-scale menu, the business can eventually move into the kiosks business with the main cafe providing support in terms of food preparation. As the brand identity is being reinforced over the years, the cafe will be able to venture into overseas markets through franchising. The catering arm of the business will also scale up by expanding the team to take on more catering jobs over the next few years.
