And this doesn’t even take into account the units that are up for rent, nor the results from other online portals.
Whilst it is a fact that the pandemic has caused bleak outlooks for many, there are also businesses that have thrived in spite of the global crisis.
A good example of such a business is a video production company whose mainstay income is derived from shooting and producing concise commercial videos clips.
Unlike regular production houses that focus on producing creative advertisements, covering live events, or filming weddings/solemnisations; ___________ will be a fully commercial video production company that focuses on property viewing videos, testimonial videos, and corporate/personal branding videos.
We aim to produce fast, attention-grabbing video clips that will succinctly get the message across and allow our clients to reach out to their target audience more effectively.
Due to Government regulations and personal precautionary measures, social distancing has become the new norm and most people will try to reduce interaction with one another. Working remotely has become more commonplace, and many other companies are also striving to reduce contact between their employees and customers as much as possible.
Property viewings are also gradually being moved online as a business continuity plan. And not just because of Covid-19. Buyers and sellers alike are beginning to see the efficacy and time-saving benefits of having a property viewing video in the long run. Buyers are able to have a better sense of whether the place is suitable for them even without going down and agents can save time from conducting unnecessary viewings.
Based on the Council for Estate Agencies (cea.gov.sg), there are approximately 30,000 property agents as of January 2020, and close to 1,200 property agencies in Singapore – a big market for _________ to tap on.
However, we won’t be solely relying on property agents. Other industries that we will be looking at producing videos for include trainers and educators, architects, renovation contractors, and F&B businesses. We will also work towards being a SkillsFuture Credit-approved training provider in conducting filming and editing workshops. And once the MICE industry picks up again, ________ will also be procuring jobs for live event coverage.

Whether or not a vaccine is found in the months to come, leveraging on technology and possessing the agility to innovate quickly has still proven to be the way for entrepreneurs and companies to survive and thrive.
Life doesn’t come to a standstill because of Covid-19 – businesses still have to operate; educators still need to teach; people still have to feed their families; and the demand for properties will always be prevalent.
