Yafe Mall is a young online store (5 years) but with my excellent customer service and quality products, my store has earned a strong and clean reputation of totally zero 1-star and 2-star bad ratings on my Shopee store (you can see my ratings on my Shopee store website link).

Recently, I managed to setup a Whatsapp Business account and managed to get a growing number of regular Shopee customers to buy directly from me, thereby earning greater profits. My current monthly revenue, gross profit and net proft may look little because I am a home-based business and I am working a full time job, only able to focus on my business after work to do packing and shipping orders. So my business growth is restricted.
However, I have laid a strong foundation for the business through my hardwork. If you move all inventory to a fulfillment/warehouse company to do the inventory inbound receiving, pick and pack shipping and handle customer returns/exchanges, and then you run promotion campaigns in Shopee and through the Business Whatsapp account for the regular customers, you will be able to increase the sales volume per mth and need not spend great effort to pick and pack orders yourself. You can remotely operate the store even while working a full time job or go for vacation. With the growing number of regular customers who buy directly from me through whatsapp account, avoiding the hefty Shopee seller fees, you profit margin per order is at least double compared to selling the same product on Shopee.
