Provide transportation for an important company from europe. Company we serve are own by Ministry of Finance from one of europe country. Need a bigger company with HR, ACCOUNT department to takeover. Sole proprietor company is tough to run operation and provide backend support. Only higher management are to be serve. Projection end year 2031. Project started last 5 years on back to back project. Award contract August 2024. Reason to sell due administrative, manpower and financial tightness to hire. Current contract just renewed. Balance of 22 months. Contract renewed at 2yr + 2yr + 2yr. Fixed revenue monthly $7800. Variable revenue optional. Provide taxi service for inspector to and from batam. 1000-2000 per month Will be raise soon from top mgmt words.
