We are currently local university undergraduates and we are looking for a financial investment of SGD250,000 to startup a bouldering gym. Bouldering has been a sport that we have been passionate about, and it is gaining increasing popularity especially among youth between 18 and 30 years old.

We want to fill the gap in the current bouldering industry that it is not beginner-friendly. So what do we mean? This means there is often a big jump in terms of the intensity/difficulty of every climb. We have also found a suitable space (that will be disclosed on a later part of the discussion, and we hope you understand), and we are targeting tertiary students and fresh graduates too.

With the capital of $250K, this goes into:
- Rental deposit and business runway costs for the first 5 months
- Building of the bouldering wall and necessary fixtures
- Business branding, payment gateways, purchase of shoes and lockers for customers
- Marketing and PR

After the 5th month, we expect positive cashflow within the company. We are expecting a ROI of 40% within 18 months.

For your investment of $250K, you will be given a 40% equity in the company.
- You (Shareholder #1): 40%
- Owner 1 (Shareholder #2): 30%
- Owner 2 (Shareholder #3): 30%
