He is also well verse in both SGX and HKEX continuing listing rules as well as HKEX listing requirements.
Having both exposure with both SGX and HKEX listed companies, Lincoln is able to advise effectively various corporate structures that conform to within the listing rules. His other expertise also includes formulation of valuation reports that complied with International Valuation Standards (IVS).
