He also provided valuation advisory services in connection with management buy-outs, shareholders’ disputes, assets under matrimonial proceedings, mergers and acquisitions, and valuation of intellectual property rights under Section 19B of the Singapore Income Tax Act. He specializes in valuation of a broad range of asset classes, including all types of complex financial instruments, derivatives, structured products and fixed income securities. Currently, he is a Director, ASA International Virtual Chapter Board (July 2021-2022) and is a member of the Asia Transfer Pricing subcommittee, Singapore Chapter of the TEI USA. He obtained his Diploma in Transfer Pricing from the Association of Taxation Technicians (UK).
