- This is a new Tuition Centre operating at Bukit Timah Beauty World Plaza and we are looking at prospect tenant to lease out the shop from now till Dec 2019. This is good lease for all start-up tuition centre to build up their reputation and experience.
- We are proposing new tenant can be from another Tuition entity to share out the shop space on weekday (Wed & Thurs). The new Tenant can start anytime from 22th Aug 2018 for their tuition class.
