We are currently looking for an immediate investor to invest S$200,000 for a capsule hostel establishment in Chinatown, Singapore.
• Capsule hotels are getting increasingly popular, especially among backpackers.
• Hotel industry in Singapore has been lucrative, with close to 100% full occupancy rates monthly.
