Mandanex Capital's primary work is as a business brokerage and M&A advisory practice, with offices in Singapore, Australia, Indonesia and New Zealand. Our services include business valuations, business sales and succession planning.
We have an international team of brokers, large database and extensive advertising reach. We typically represent between 50 to 100 clients, with business values from the very small through to well over US$50m. Our client base spans a range of industries and geographies, and we are confident that we will add significant value through the valuation and sale process.
With close to 10 years of experience within the small and medium enterprise sectors in Asia Pacific, Jensen has consulted with employers, business owners and CEOs from a variety of industries. Prior to joining Mandanex, Jensen worked in SMEs in Australia and Singapore. His recent and past assignments include formulating growth and organisational restructure strategies in industries like professional services, real estate, engineering and information technology.
Jensen earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from The University of Queensland, Australia where he majored in Marketing. He is fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, and currently resides in Singapore.
